What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity for orders with individual texts is 250 pcs. The standard package contains 250 pcs.
What are standard texts?
We have a collection of about 700 different texts. These are a mixed variety of proverbs, sayings and predictions.
What is the shelf life of Fortune Cookies?
Our Fortune cookies are wrapped in special foil which keeps them fresh and crispy for about 7 months.
What is the maximum length for my texts on the paper strips?
Maximum 3 lines per side. This is about 135 characters. But the reverse side can also be printed. Additional cost: 30,00 €. From 2.500 pcs onward the printing of the second side is included.
How long are the delivery times?
Without print on the wrapping foil: We are able to ship within 7 working days. With printed foil: 2-4 weeks after printing approval.
Can I have a sample Fortune Cookie?
To get samples of our Fortune Cookies please call us at + 49 7252 - 5363 - 18. We are sure you will understand that, because of high demand from private persons, we can only send samples to commerce and industry.
What colour can my text been printed in?
Standard colour is black. But in fact the inlay-strips can be printed in any colour. For more information please call us or send us an e-mail.
Can I use my own text and sayings and how many different texts can I use?
5 different sayings are free of charge. Every further text costs an additional 1,00 €. A maximum of 70 different texts is possible (e.g.: with 15 different texts the additional cost will be 10,00 €, with 40 different texts 35,00 €)
Can my logo been printed on the inlay strips?
Yes, this is generally possible. But we have to check beforehand that the logo is suitable. Cost of printing the logo in b/w 50,00 €, pricing for colour logo on request. Please send your logo as a pdf file together with your text to info@sweetandlucky.de
In which foils can Fortune Cookies be packed?
The individual printed foil is available for a minimum quantity of 5.000 pcs.
With smaller amounts you can choose between:
1. Transparent foil without print
2. Red/gold foil with pagoda design in Asiatic style
3. For a small additional charge (30,00 €) the Cookies can also be wrapped in white or silver foil
